Shipping Policy

• We ship from Ontario
• We process most orders within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) and ship using Canada Post. 
• Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2-7 days in Canada (1-3 business days in Ontario and Quebec).
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order please contact us at [email protected].  
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit the order. 
• NOTE: we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
• Shipping Restrictions: Northwest territories, Yukon and Vancouver Island are not serviced and restricted from our shipping coverage area in Canada.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Collingwood location. 

• After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days.
• We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
• Call or text ahead of time (705-302-0552) if you would like to confirm a time and please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 
• Pickup your order at the clinic during our regular clinic hours weekdays Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm or Fri 9am-4pm excluding holidays. 
• We’re located on the main floor of the Shipyards Medical Arts Center 28 Huron Street at the corner of Huron and Ste. Marie St. Please enter the rear of the building from the parking lot accessible off of Ste. Marie St.

We provide local delivery within Collingwood for a flat fee of $10. 

• After placing your order and selecting local delivery at checkout, your order will be prepared and delivered within 1-2 business days.
• Items will be boxed and left at your door without the need for signature.
• NOTE: we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to replace or refund your order.
